You've got 60 days from purchase to start a return. Here's how it works:
Pick the returns portal that matches when you ordered
- Orders placed before July 14, 2026 can be returned here
- Orders placed July 14, 2026 or later can be returned here
Enter your Order ID (from your order confirmation) and shipping zip code to get your return authorization number and instructions. You'll be responsible for return shipping costs, and we'll deduct a $10 shipping fee from your refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll process it within 10 business days. After that, we'll send your refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 additional business days to show up in your account. If you paid with a Levi's gift card, a new gift card will be issued via email.
